/  the victorious effect of chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo

What does it mean to put this practice in the centre of our lives? Whether it is an obstacle or a victory I chant. I chant at all occasions. Because chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo brings me back to my centre, back to the part of myself that is eternal and wise and empowered, back to the part of myself that is before and beyond trauma and karma. I chant and I become aware of my own transformation and the transformation of all my relationships. Even the relationship with myself. Every time I chant I develop deeper faith in the existence of my own buddhahood and the buddhahood of others. The impossible becomes possible. No obstacle is big enough for this practice. No obstacle is big enough for the Gohonzon. This belief, this faith has never failed me. Every time I chant I bring hope into my life and hope into the world.
